Media Library not working

  • WordPress Media library is not showing up in Grid view

    The images will show in the list view from the left side of dashboard media link

    Images are not able to be accessed in Library from Post and cannot be inserted

    Some images that were in published posts do not show

    Thus customization feature of WordPress themes also does not work when utilizing background images.

    I have contacted Genesis and my Host FastDomain, no answers as of yet.

    I have done some of my own troubleshooting, nothing found!

    I contacted FastDomain, it is not a server side issue. They suggested I get ahold of developer, which I have done. In this case, Genesis and WordPress.
    Please advise.

    Right now I am looking at manually reinstalling WP 4.8
