• Hi There,

Just upgraded to 3.5 and things seem to have gone wonky. I cannot add media files to my pages anymore. When I hit the ‘add media’ nothing happens. Any idea what may be happening?

    Thanks for your help!

Also…link does not work. When I highlight something to link, nothing happens. The internal pages don’t even show up as options.

Is there a way to go back to the older WP version?

Having same problem with media files. We can upload images but when we hit the “add media” nothing happens. For now we are uploading the image and then using HTML to place it. Any suggestions would be welcome. (NOTE: Media library was working *perfectly* before this upgrade.)

Same problem here: hitting Add Media produces no response.

Deactivated all plug-ins and raised wp-content permissions to 766 but still no luck.

    Help!

    Thanks.

Agreed. And in our case we are running on a dedicated server so there’s nothing “missing” like could happen in a shared hosting environment.

Was working perfectly until the 3.5 upgrade.

Also want to point out that the solution noted in this other forum post does not work for us and others have also indicated this only sometimes works.

This is an urgent issue and one that more than just a few people are struggling with. I’m hoping someone at WordPress HQ eventually offers us a solution that works…
