Media library rename field doesn’t work

If I go into the individual image page and update in there it works perfectly – I see a spinner and tick. Filename changes fine.

In the Media Library though, the filename field alongside images doesn’t work. I change the text and push enter – the page reloads, and nothing changes.

I’ve tried this now on 4 different sites – 2 different servers. With totally different plugins, 1 being a fresh WP install. No errors are generated on serverside.

Any ideas?
