Media Library search function can’t not find image when activated other themes

I’m debugging strange issue. When I activated old theme that my customer used to upload media and now when they use my theme, the media still visible in Media Library but the search functions always return ‘No media files found.’
How can I fix it?

I have the same issue with media library search. Arrived here and found that someone may have had similar problem and has resolved it successfully, but has not shared it. What’s the point of asking the community for help but is not willing to share solution?
