Media / Link to Image

I can’t figure out what is happening here. I have a post that has an image. So I click on the image, in editing mode and when I try to click “Link to Image” under Link URL, I get.
wp-content/uploads/2009/08/image.jpg
when I should get
https://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/image.jpg
It’s doesn’t insert https://domain.com/
Is there an easy fix for this?
