Media Manager Goes Blank

I’ve noticed almost all of my 100+ wordpress sites’ “add media” function is not working any longer. When I go to insert a new image it uploads fine, I can edit fine, but when I click “Insert” the media lightbox goes white and just sits there and does not insert the image. Then I have to click to insert new media again and then go to “Library” and show the image and then insert the image and it will (sometimes) get inserted into the post.

I am also using uBillboard (on a few sites) and that won’t take ANY images from media player any longer.

Any ideas?
