From the details you’ve shared, it appears that the shortcode isn’t processing as it should. Instead, it’s showing up as plain text. I also saw this issue when I checked your site. This issue often arises after an update, if there’s a conflict with your theme or one of your plugins.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

• Switch to a default theme: Temporarily switch to the default Storefront theme to see if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, the issue lies within your theme, and you should reach out to your theme’s developer for assistance.
• Deactivate your plugins: Deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin. Once you’ve found the conflicting plugin, you can reach out to the plugin’s developer for support.

If you’ve tried these steps and are still experiencing the issue, please can you share a copy of the following:

• System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

So I tried with themes twenty two and twenty three and it didn’t work, then I tried with themes nineteen, twenty and twenty on and it worked

I was able to replicate the issue with the [audio] shortcode as well.

Seems like there’s a problem with block-based themes like twenty twenty-three where shortcodes are being translated to text. You can workaround this by adding the shortcode in a dedicated template for that product.

Here’s how you can do this:

• Navigate to Appearances → Editor → Templates
• Add a new template for that specific product: https://d.pr/i/Pp5bJo
  
• 
• Then add the single product page block to the template you just created.
• You’ll be asked to select which product should the block display, select the same product and add the shortcode block wherever you like.

I will also be doing some tests later to verify whether this is WooCommerce or theme related. I’ll update you here with my results. :?)

Thanks a lot for your help, however, as I have around 500 products on my website, I guesse it’s easier to wait for the developpers to fix that instead of creating a single template for each one, what do you think?

As my colleague explained, we can’t provide an exact timeline for resolving this issue. However, if you subscribe to the GitHub issues, you’ll receive updates as soon as released a fix.

Additionally, you don’t have to make a separate template for each product. Instead, you can craft a custom template using the same method and apply it across all your products.
