Media not working

I’m interested in if you get a fix for this. I posted the same issue this morning on the thread and haven’t been able to get this fixed either. When I click add media for a new post nothing happens. No error message either.

What is going on? It seems like a rather big problem and I can’t get any help on it either. Please let me know if you hear anything and I’ll do likewise.

I just deactivated all my plug-ins and now it’s working. How long do I need to wait before reinstalling the plug-ins?

I was able to get the add media button in new posts to work by deactivated all plug ins on my site. I’m not in the process of reactivating them one by one until I can hopefully determine which one is causing the issue. The other option that was given to me if this is still an issue is to change to another theme.

You can start reactivating the plugins one by one right away. Just have to test to see if the add media button is working after reactivating each plugin. It may take some time depending on the number of plugins you have.

I got the solution. The Comprehensive Google Map Plugin was breaking the path to media files. After deactivating it all is well now.
