Media Offloaded before ShortPixel Optimization

    Recently I have updated my WordPress, ShortPixel and WP Offload Media Lite plugin version, but the image optimization failed for every images I uploaded after the update. It shows “Not Processable: File does not exist” in the ShortPixel Compression column and the image is already offloaded.

    It seems like the image was offloaded before the image optimization, and the error occur since I have enabled the “Remove Local Media” function in WP Offload Media Lite. But with the old version of ShortPixel and WP Offload Media Lite, they are able to do the image optimization first, then offload it to S3.

    I have tried to disable all other plugins and switch back to built-in theme “Twenty Twenty-One”, but it is still not working. Please help.

    WordPress: 5.9.7
    ShortPixel: 5.3.0
    WP Offload Media Lite: 3.2.3

    Can you please tell us what were the versions of WordPress, ShortPixel and WP Offload Media used before the update?

    Versions used before the update.
    WordPress: 5.7.9
    ShortPixel: 4.22.6
    WP Offload Media Lite: 2.5.5

    I suggest doing the following:

    1. Deactivate the ShortPixel plugin. If it asks whether you want to keep or remove your settings, keep them.
    2. Delete the ShortPixel plugin.
    3. Re-install the ShortPixel plugin.
    4. Go to Settings > ShortPixel > Tools and click on the “Search and Migrate All” button. Follow all the process.
    5. Try again optimizing your images.

    Perform the steps provided above, then upload an image to Media Library, but the issue remains and the image offloaded before ShortPixel optimization.

    • Your site information. Please?navigate to?Tools?>?Site Health?>?Info,?click on the?“Copy site info to clipboard”?button and paste the information in your reply.
    • Screenshots of your ShortPixel plugin?settings?(ShortPixel Image Optimizer, ShortPixel Adaptive Images and/or Autoptimize).
    • Screenshots of your WP Offload Media settings.
    • Is the issue occurring for all new images you upload? What about old ones that were already uploaded months ago?
    • What’s the folder path of the images in your S3 bucket?

    4. This issue only occurs for all new images I upload, Old images are fine.
    And I can see the ShortPixel status in Media Library like
