media-query for display of mobile menu

Virtue 2.3.3

The display of the mobile menu seems to be controlled by a @media (max-width:992px) query – the switch happens at 992px-993px.

However, most other things change at 991px-992px, thanks to @media (min-width:992px) queries.

This “discrepancy” results in one visual change at 992px and another visual change at 993px.

Is that done on purpose and, if so, what is the reason? Or should the display of the mobile menu also happen at 991px-992px when other things change (not at 992px-993px as is currently done)?
