The plugin stopped working a few days ago. When clicking on the “Media Sync” link, a widget window appears for a short time with a large space on top and a missing “Media Sync Pro” block, and after a few seconds I am informed that the page cannot be found. I tried to restore from a backup, reinstalled the plugin, checked in different browsers – nothing helps.

BUT! If I transfer BackUp to a local server, then everything works there.

    Hey @volder,

I’ve tried it on a few servers with the same versions, but couldn’t replicate it. Does it also happen if you go to Settings -> Media Sync?

I just double-checked, and even if your remote server is blocking requests that fetch content for that “Media Sync Pro” block, it should just not show that block without any error. So I’m running out of ideas.

Could you maybe turn on debugging and find some error messages?

    Thanks

Fortunately, I can’t reproduce the problem now either ?? After almost 2 weeks of trying to fix the problem, the problem resolved itself. There were no updates over the weekend, but today I added 370 images without any problems.

    Nevertheless, thanks for the help

Strange, but I’m glad it works now.

    Thanks for the update ??
