Media Tags – Fixed

  • Having accidently updated to v1.1.1 because I like to have All my plugins up to date, and not have WP indicate 1 plugin still needs updating,.. and the security plugin sending me an email every day advising I needed to update a plugin…

    And now I have the Dreaded Media Tabs on RSS that don’t have media in the feed.

    This Media Tabs needs to be a selectable option, not just implement it and be done with it.

    Will be happy to up my vote if/when this gets fixed.
    In the mean time, potential users will need to take note of this forceful feature.

    Well this new update v1.1.2 fixed the forceful Media Tabs. You now have an option to Block or Show media Tabs. Exactly what should have been in the previous version.

    Using a 1 star review to seek support in exchange for upgrading your review isn’t very nice. How do you know if your problem isn’t a conflict on your system or another plugin.

    Why not just post a support topic in this plugin’s dedicated support sub-forum?

    I had sent an email over a month ago and was advised to downgrade back to version 1.1
    Then the Dev updated the Description to take Attention and invite users to use v1.1 if they do not have media in their RSS

    My rating is of the current version 1.1.1 and of my experience with this version to date. If the Dev updates it and fixes this known issue I will be more than happy to re-rate on that experience.

    ..FYI, I also test potential problems on a Clean install of WP before I seek help to eliminate any problems that may be caused from other things.

    Hey, I updated the plugin, you can now set the visibility of the tags of audio feeds in the settings of the plugin. I’m sorry if I caused you inconvenience

    Thanks for the update and having the option to enable Audio tags.

    When the webpage that has the RSS fead in it loads up, the Audio tags are displayed for a brief couple of seconds then they fade away.

    Still, version 1.1 workes better than the latest version :/
