Media Tags Plugin bug?

    Hello there.

    I am using the media tags plugin and it seems great and useful till now.

    But I get a problem with the paramater tags_compare=AND

    I am passing 2 tags and need to combine them to get banners to my sidebar. I not want banners from only one tag, I want only for both tags.

    When there are media uploded in both tags it works well and ignore other tags. But when there are no media in both I get any media in any tag ( usually I got the last one uploaded ).

    I am taking a look in this plugin, someone can help?
    If I found out how to fix it I will post here.

  • carlla, This is an actual bug in the code. It’s currently part of the next release of the plugin due end of the month.

    so, are you know if there is something what I can do in the code to get over this issue from now? I saw the plugin uses get_posts instead query_posts, right? is there a specific reason for it? There is a param in the query_posts named ‘category__in’ I thought could be useful.

    note: I am using MEDIA_TAGS_TAXONOMY as ‘category’ for banners.
