Media Up-loader Error

    I believe I have come across a bug. I have installed many word press and this has been one of up to 20 that I have only come across a problem with.

    When trying to upload an image from the page editor clicking ‘upload/insert’, this is where the bug starts.

    A blank / transparent page is displayed. I have contacted my hosting provider, who also says they have never seen this bug. They have had 100’s of installs on their server. He advised me to post here.

    Also I have noticed a difference in the wp-admin login page. There appears to be no template and its is mostly in text format.

    Please could someone help?
