Media Upload Area Has Changed?

  • Hello,
    The media upload and editing window has changed in that I am no longer offered the lower options for position and ‘link to’? It may be caused by a plugin. Can you help me get it back again please.

  • It may be caused by a plugin.

    A good assumption. Deactivate all your plugins and see if the issue clears.
    If it does, activate the plugins one at a time, go check the issue.
    If not occuring, repeat the process for each plugin until it happens – and this is the offending plugin.

    Yes, it was the plugin and the support guys are assisting me. My only concern is that at the moment this plugin seems to be affecting the other WP sites on my PC!
    Am waiting for provider suggestions.
