If you can upload images fine from one place and not from another then I recommend trying a different browser or contacting GoDaddy directly and asking them why you are receiving the HTTP error.

@david Uzelac. Thanks for the reply man. since it is a managed wordpress hosting i will not have access to cpanel and whatever had to be done had to done from their end, and i had called them daily for 7 days and had conversation 1 hour each time even then they were unable detect my problem and saying it is the problem from your end.Godaddy is a waste of time and money.i lost hope from godaddy. in a blog post i have read that i will get help form wordpress support forum so i am here seeking for help. Even i dont get my solved, it would be a nice feeling being here because of the people here trying to help without having anything to do with me, when the godaddy who has charged me to give me the service is not supporting.

Try to installing the “Default to GD” plugin which “Sets GD as default WP_Image_Editor class.”

The plugin is (currently) available here:

Does uploading from different browsers work?

There should be no issue if it’s like you said, from one place you can and from the other you can’t.
