Media upload fails after upgrading from WP 2.5 to WP 2.6

    I had WP 2.5 running with no problems uploading images to the gallery, but after upgrading to 2.6 I can no longer upload any files, it doesn’t work with IE7 or FF3, and it doesn’t matter whether I’m using the browser upload of the flash upload.

    All that happens is that after selecting the file to be uploaded WP thinks for a few seconds and then a white rectangle appears instead of the actual image, inserting it into the post will produce a correctly sized blank image instead of the actual picture.

    Any ideas what to do now ? Bring back the old no-flash-uploader from WP 2.5 ? Anything else ?
