Media Upload give an error

Hello I have latest version of wordpress. I upgrade it multisite wordpress install and using sub domain format. All thing is ok

I got an error when a upload a media file media file size I am uploading 50KB it error below.

You are using the multi-file uploader. Problems? Try the browser uploader instead.

Maximum upload file size: 1MB.
