media upload not creating new folder /2010/07…

  • none of the media upload attempts are creating the new folder “07” in ./2010/ directory. i have NexGen Gallery plugin installed, and wonder if that might be the reason, but i can’t find anything to support that theory. (the uploads folder has good permissions)

    can anyone help me with troubleshooting this…?
