• Hi
i’jm using wp 3.5.1 with no plugin activated.
I manage a photo blog so i use the multiple upload manager a lot but it seems i can’t insert into my posts more than 3 images at the same time. If i select 4 images nothing get inserted, and for me it’s very frustrating.
Does anyone know whether it’a a bug or just a wp limit?
    Thanks
    Vitto

  • It may be a limit on the size of the photos exceeding the upload limit. If the photos are large, try resizing them to around 150K each.

The free Resize JPEGS program is easy to use and works well.

i tried with very small image but no change..is there any server configuration which it can depend on?

WordPress does not impose any limits on media uploads itself but picks them up from your server’s configuration. So you may have to speak to your hosts about this. Can you replicate the problem using the default 2012 theme with all plugins deactivated?

i got no plugin activated and switching to the original themes (20-11 and 20-12) does not help. And i guess is not my host limit because the upload works, is the import into post that does not.
I’m gonna move wp on another server and give it a try.

And i guess is not my host limit because the upload works

The upload limits imposed on a web form are quite different to those (if may) imposed on FTP. I think this is a server/hosting issue. Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your hosts should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.
