Media Uploader Issue – An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later

Hello,

I’ve recently run into an issue with the Media Uploader.

An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later

It only seems to happen on the Media Library and Theme Customizr (Logo Upload) screens.

It’s not caused by file size as it’s small and it’s not restricted to a single image.

A saving grace is if I go to the Media Library > Add New (Upload New Media) that it crunches and uploads without issue. I can then find the image through the Media Library viewer to insert into the option.

I’ve tried disabling my plugins.

I am multi-site if that could be cause.

Any ideas or direction appreciated.
