Media Uploading Error

  • We are currently having issues uploading media on our site via an extranet.
    Once we select our .mp4 or .mov file to upload (tried files between 3.4mb – 80mb)
    The site counts the completed percentage reaching 100% and shows the given title of the media but when you select it.. It reads ” File Does Not Exist “
    An error log generated through our Media Temple host, displays the following errors..

    Any help or insight would be much appreciated.
