MediaElement 2.1.7 and ff5: js error and blank video

  • On a working wordpress installation, with ff 5.0, i updated ME 2.1.5 to 2.1.7 and the video is now blank on the same page.
    JS console gives an error:

    Erreur?: e[0] is undefined
Fichier Source?: https://localhost/~imr/wp32/wp-content/plugins/media-element-html5-video-and-audio-player/mediaelement/mediaelement-and-player.min.js?ver=2.1.3
Ligne?: 36

    Strange, the ver is 2.1.3 but the file says:
    */var mejs=mejs||{};mejs.version="2.1.7"
