Mediapress and reign theme

  • Trying to use media press with the latest version of the reign theme 5.82 with support for mediapress but mediapress gallery links throw 404 errors despite setting permalink slugs and saving the WP permalinks. Looking at the links they are still set to mediapress. I run WP rocket cache plug-in if the are mediapress files to be excluded please advise

    Thank you for using MediaPress.

    I am not aware of any issue about single gallery. Can you please try it with another theme temporarily and let me know if you are still having the issue?

    I am assuming the issue is about user gallery. also, I am sorry, but I do not have access to reign theme, so I will try to assist you here by trying to isolate the issue. If REIGN comes with MediaPress support, Please approach their support and provide me their feedback to help resolve it quickly.

    I have checked and the issue will only happen when MediaPress is unable to verify the nonce.

    do you have any plugin or code that might be affecting the nonces generation(any security related plugins or anything special?)

    I saw this in another post and think this may be part of my problem can you elaborate.
