Medium and Large preset images not available in post

  • I just noticed that when I’m inserting an image into a Page or Post, I am only getting “full size” and “thumb” in my Size options (within Attachment Display Settings). The presets of Medium and Large (which are set in Settings > Media) are not showing in the selector.
