Medium slider as post insert in Volt Theme from ThemeForest

Hello,

I use the Volt Theme which is great! Now I want to insert posts as a slider. I can do this manually, but would like to go it automatically in the same way you would insert posts with a thumbnail.

Look over here:

This goes automatically as i inserted the category on the page as a insert post.
I can set the number of posts to be shown. The older ones go to the next page.

Here I want to insert posts as a single slider. (Not actually a slider therefore, but this image size and lay-out). In this case I do it manually, by inserting the slider with in it the single post ID.
The Page content is therefore:
[slider_medium query_type=”posts” posts=”1398″ num=””]
[slider_medium query_type=”posts” posts=”1293″ num=””]
[slider_medium query_type=”posts” posts=”1204″ num=””]
and so on…

I would like to make the slider_medium in the same way as the thumbnail posts by just picking a category and to show them in the slider lay out.
In that way I could also set the maximum to show on a page for 5 and the older one go to the next page.

Can anyone help me out on this one! Would be great!
