Meet ALL if conditions

Hi, I am wondering if it’s possible to utilize your “IF” functionality with tags but only display content if ALL of the tags listed are met. Currently, it will display the content if ANY of the tags are listed, but I would like it only to display if ALL tags are associated with a post.
