meeting confirmation

To organise trainings an other events I need a sort of meeting confirmation, to know and all the other member of my team who will be present (and will not) at this meetings.
the wp simplemeetingconfirmation is a sort of plugin that could be the thing I need but there are bugs inside (last revision 5y ago) and as we have a lot of meeting to organize I have to open a lot of pages and put those as a link in the event. I think it would be an easy work for you to put a form like this in you calendar. please help me!!
