Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.

In most cases, this kind of issue occurs if the for the meeting the host is not indicated ( https://prnt.sc/tptpn6 ) and if the indicated host is not available on your zoom account. Please read more on the plugin official documentation page: https://support.stylemixthemes.com/manuals/eroom/

Also, please check the issue by deactivating all the plugins and activate the WordPress default theme.

We have checked the issue on our testing environments and could not detect any issues.
