    Hi @akndsandhu ,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I have checked your site and found that you are using the Elementor Nav Menu. In order to use Megamenu you need to use our widget which is Elementskit Nav Menu.

Please use the widget and you’ll see the Megamenu in the front end. Here is a video showing you the widget – https://d.pr/v/dKiKVL.

Feel free to reply with any further query.

    Regards,
    Moin

    Hi @akndsandhu,

It seems like Elementskit is not installed on your website or the widget is disabled from the settings. You can find it here: https://d.pr/v/e95W7T.

If you have it enabled but still face this problem then please run a conflict test to check what actually causes the issue.

To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.

If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementor and Elementskit to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

Let us know your findings after performing the conflict test.

    Best Regards,
    Moin

    Hi @akndsandhu,

Sharing login access within the wordpress support forum is not recommended as it is a public community. Please remove the access from your site as soon as possible.

However, I found on your site that you didn’t use the Elemenetskit Nav Menu in your Header, so the megamenu was not working. I have replaced the widget and it is working fine now – https://d.pr/v/HSeYXv.

    Thanks,
    Moin
