Mega menu layout issue

Hello,
I am having issue with the mega menu layout. Intially when i load the page and when hover on the mega menu link the dropdown shows in the irght side and after 1-2sec its get back to normal.
I have enabled delay js options. I dont know which js library should i exclude. Can you please help me with it.Layout issue: (below image)
