• So I’ve installed the Max Mega Menu plugin, spent time configuring my menu and when I save it then refresh my home page – after clearing all caches and Litespeed caches – I just see the same basic Mega Menu that came with my theme (Hostiko).

Can you or anyone else please share some knowledge as to what may be causing this and how I can correct it.

    Thank you.

    Rick.

    Hello Rick,

just yesterday I was working with the free version of the Max Mega Menu plugin and when I clicked on the “empty cache” button integrated in the plugin (so not the browser’s “empty cache” command ..) strangely things had changed. Now I don’t remember exactly what was changed but it made me lose time.
In the end I bought the complete plugin since I had to insert the logo in line with the menu and it was not possible to do it with the free version (!) Now everything works well, and the team provides much faster assistance than this free here.

Federico, I appreciate you trying to help but it is unlikely that any issues you experienced are shared with Rick. We cover support Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, but remember that there may be tickets we need to respond to before we get to yours.

Rick – If you have the Pro version please can you get in touch through https://www.megamenu.com/support/ and we will take a look (to make things quicker, please remove the coming soon page so we can immediately see the site. Thanks!)

    Hi Rick,

I’ve checked our recent payments and can’t see any from anyone called Rick, so I am not sure if you have a Pro licence for MMM (maybe you bought it under a different name, or maybe you are referring to the paid version of your theme?).

I do not have access to Hostiko but I’ve checked the CodeCanyon page and it seems like it has a header builder built in. Looking at the demo, it seems the header has been built using Visual Composer. My guess is that you would need to use Visual Composer to create your header (as they have done on the demo), being sure to use the Max Mega Menu widget (or the shortcode within an html block) to output the menu (do not use the standard menu block to output the menu). Let me know if that works for you.

    Regards,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,
I think there’s a misunderstanding, now my site now works perfectly with MMM, I was just answering Rick :). in any case, for my part, everything is ok, it’s a great plugin!
