Mega Menu only works on shop page

Except for the /shop/ page, which the header is entirely disabled: https://postimg.cc/tZkkFHDR.

Also, I saw you are using the custom header(https://postimg.cc/PCLdcX8c) and minimal(https://postimg.cc/0bySzwLw); technically, using one kind of header is recommended; however, the issue on the custom header is related to being Flexbox, to solve any possible issue, you can go back to the default settings of Elementor’s experimental or disable them; basically, it is out of the theme control and will manage on your page builder.
