    Hi

We migrated our development site to a new domain within the same server company. We updated the URL etc.
We ran Regenerate CSS & Data within Elementor and the mega menu worked… But then we refreshed the homepage and the mega menu stopped working, well it worked, but like it had none of its CSS

    Can you help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi wood1e,

Thanks for reaching out to us! This issue usually can happen due to cache. Here are some steps to help diagnose and solve the problem:

    1. Clear All Caches:
      • Clear your browser cache.
      • Clear any caching plugins on your WordPress site.
      • If you have server-side caching, clear that as well.
    2. Regenerate CSS & Data Again:
      • Go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.
      • Refresh the homepage after this step to check if the mega menu works.
    3. Update Everything: Make sure Elementor, Elementor Pro, ElementsKit Lite, your theme, and all other plugins are updated to their latest versions.

Hope you will not face the issue again. Let us know if you still need assistance.

    Regards,
    Amir

    hi

The migration was handled correctly, and sitegrounds optimiser has been disabled.

And the server side cache has been cleared several times

We have disabled Elementor Cache, see here: https://app.screencast.com/Cg6Vw4To18HiG

That seems to have solved the problem. Are you aware of this issue with Elementor Cache?
