Megamenu not working

Hi. I’m a backend guy with some WordPress experience. I’m not a designer but my sister asked me to build a new web site for her flower store. I agreed and I’m using paid version of Astra and Elementor for it.

One thing I wanted to add to the nav menu was a Megamenu that pops down a template with her various retail services. I’ve watched a half dozen videos on this and it seems pretty straight-forward but I’ve run into a brick wall. I can only get it to display a standard menu dropdown, not the template.

The dev site is behind a firewall so I can’t post a link but I made a short screenshot video demonstrating the problem:

Does anyone have a suggestion? Is there some setting I overlooked?

I don’t think it’s a CSS issue because the Occasions Content template isn’t even being sent to the browser (confirmed by View Source). I don’t get any Javascript errors in the Javascript Console either.

I’ve got a ticket open with Astra but thought I’d post the question here in case someone else has run across this issue.
