Looks great and very fast

    I’m updating my review as, actually, after messing around with the theme for a few hours, I’ve managed to get it looking the way I want it to.

    So much so, I now have it running on two sites. ??

    Thanks for the reply and have to say so far I’m very happy with how it looks and runs!!

    The base theme is meant to be the foundation of your website – it’s simple and focuses 100% on speed and accessibility. We put a ton of effort into the things you can’t see to ensure your website performs now and well into the future.

    The beauty of the theme is that you can turn it into anything you want while keeping that solid base as your foundation.

    It does take some work to design something that fits your taste. To make this process easier on our users, we built our Site Library which allows you to import fully designed sites with only a couple of clicks: https://generatepress.com/site-library

    We have a lot more designs on the way thanks to the new block editor.
