MEL Spam contact list

I am receiving a lot of spam type connection at my contact page. They are all referencing Mel a photographer. I have verified these are spam and that there is no validity to the post that I receive. They come daily from various different IP addresses.
I am right now, just blocking every IP address. However, I would hope/think that clean talk should be able to filter these out. Clearly, they are not person submitting these message from all over the world. Please let me how to block these using clean talk plugin. I
