    In the product options area it says error loading the necessary resources. Please try again. I am unable to add a membership access plan because of this. I disabled all other plugins and switched the theme out but no luck. Also deleted the plugin and reinstalled.

    Hi @v4v, could you share a screenshot?

    Is it possible you’re using LifterLMS with Woocommerce? (you mentioned product options, which is one of the Woocommerce menu options).
    If you could also include your systems report, that would be great (feel free to remove items that you might not feel great to share on a public form)

    Looking forward to your response ??

    @v4v,

    Sounds like a JS issue. Can you clear you local browser cache and try again. If the problem persist can you open your JS console using the instructions on step 3 of this guide: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors

    Once open, refresh the page and see if any red error messages appear in the console. If so please post those messages here.

    Thanks,

    Actually I now see this error in the Catalog section:

    Warning: stripslashes() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home1/wabl6o0aa3ag/public_html/wp-content/plugins/lifterlms/includes/admin/class.llms.admin.settings.php on line 717

    @v4v,

    I’m sorry, what screen are you seeing this error message on?

    Can you add the URL from the browser (you can remove your URL from it if you want, I just want everything afters “.com”

    A copy of your LifterLMS System Report would be helpful as well

    Thanks,

    Hello. Any update on this bug?

    @v4v,

    Thanks for the system report, but you haven’t included the whole thing. I’m thinking this may be a PHP version issue but I can’t be certain.

    Furthermore I can’t actually recreate the issue and I can’t determine which setting is causing the issue.

    Can you reset all your settings on this screen to default values and see if that fixes the issue?

    Thanks,
