Hello, I have a problem on a client site at two levels:
- in the list of accounts, I only see 6 accounts out of the 166 marked next to All (166). I checked, there is no filter…
- in the directory on the site, the 166 accounts appear well but their avatar image has become blurred..
  Can you help me solve this problem?

This code snippet will remove the Filter

remove_filter( 'pre_get_users', array( UM()->classes['um\admin\secure'], 'filter_users_by_date_registered' ) );

Install the code snippet into your active theme’s functions.php file

1. Do you mean the Users page in the admin area?
2. What is your setting in Ultimate Member -> Settings -> Appearance -> Profile -> “Profile Photo Size”?

1. Try to do a conflict test – https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test.
2. You “Profile Photo Size” = 10x10px – that’s why your avatar is blur.

Merci de votre réponse, je viens de faire un test de conflit : aucun plugin ne pose soucis.

Par contre, pour la taille de la photo de profil, je ne peux pas la changer..

1. This is strange, I can’t reproduce this issue. Could you try to create a staging site and check this issue on it? Please don’t send any credentials for this site.
2. Why can’t you resize an image?
