    I am new to WP and am trying to make a site for members to be able to post something about themselves, but not have editing access to the whole site.

    Basically I need them to be able to add content to a single pre-formatted post with their details only.

    Is this possible?

    Any assistance will be gratefully appreciated.

  • I would use something like gravity forms (paid plugin) to build a form to create a post. You can give users access based on their roles or group using a plugin such as members or groups.

    You could use an archive page to list all their content on the page if you give their posts a certain category or tag.
