    Hello

Your exclude user role from member directory function is very useful and is the only plugin available with this feature, thank you so much! It works but the count is wrong again (I see you had this issue a few years ago).

I have 2 member types and 2 test members, one of each type. But in the front end it says there are 2 active members, one of type 1 and 0 of type 2.

Are you able to fix this?

    Hi @stephunique

Thanks much for reporting this issue but unfortunately I am unable to replicate it on my end. Could you please let me know if you are using any other plugin/theme to display the member types on the frontend? Also, could you please test with the default WP themes like Twenty Twenty-Four and see if the issue still exists?

Note: Please take the backup of the site before changing the theme.

    Kind Regards
    Prashant

    Hello

I did some basic tests and it seems to be working again. I am not sure why since I haven’t done anything different. I am using the BuddyX theme.

Originally, I had some code that I found on a site that hides users by their role. I deactivated the code when I was testing your plugin, but what happened was, when the members page first loaded, next to the user types (I have different user types), it had negative numbers and also incorrect numbers. At the time, I purged the cache and did a hard refresh on my site but it still didn’t work. It seems to be working at the moment.

Thank you so much for the plugin, hiding users by their user role is something so many buddypress users want to do but difficult to find a solution for.

I guess this ticket ca be closed for now. Thank you again!
