Member data script pulling html instead of url for profile or avatar pics

  • I started a new post because I don’t know how to search for the answer for this issue. I’m on wpmu. I have syskabar installed and they integrated it into my wordpress site. When I click on chat or Instant messenger there is an x for photo’s or avatars. I contacted them to get support for this issue and this is what they said:

    It seems the script that is being used to pull in member data on your site for SKYAUTH integration is pulling in some HTML instead of just a URL for the person’s profile pic. This is causing it to be an improper URL and the browser cannot show it. Please check your member integration script, as the error is not on our side.

    I don’t know where to even begin, I am using buddypress if that helps. If anyone knows what they mean or could explain to me what to do or where to look I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! ??
