Member Desc update problem

    HI. While we update member descriptions and short bios, it doesn’t update on the front end. We also tried clearing the cache but the problem persists.

    Hi @moodcomunicazione,

    Please make sure you have cleared the plugin’s cache from the settings as well. Check the screenshot. This is unusual if the content doesn’t change after updating. We believe there might be a cache from your website, server, CDN, or the plugin that causing the inconvenience.

    Can you please confirm for us, if the contents change when you are logged in to the admin panel?
