    Hi,

    Id like to show a member page of photographers, which means in WP Ultimate, creating a new member directory dedicated to just photographers.

    The member directories are linked to user roles, which means creating the user role “Photographer”.

    I can create a new user role fine, but, when registering, how can I let people select their user role? – (whether they are a photographer, film maker, etc, which I will have different user roles for.)

    Or maybe letting them select their user role as part of editing their profile after registering?

    Otherwise there is no way for me to create a member page for a specific member directory if nobody can add themselves to it?
