    Hi guys!

For some reason my member directories stopped displaying at all. I tried playing with their settings (changing options on who should appear and how) but nothing works. The directories simply don’t show up.

I also tried disabling all plugins and switching theme, but that didn’t work either.

Using the latest UM and WP.

    Any tips will be appreciated!

When logged in I cannot view the members do not display. When logged out members display. I have triple checked settings to make sure permissions are set to having access to view. Does not fix the issue. Please help.

on WordPress plugin page check if you have a notification on the top of the plugin page asking you to upgrade ultimate member click on the blue word upgrade ( even if you had completed the upgrade from the plugin section) then go to the bottom of the page and click run it will force the plugin to upgrade .

i tried it and the member directory is working now.

    Good luck

Yeah, I’ve done that the moment I’ve updated the plugin and it didn’t ran into any problems. I just checked the console in Chrome on one of the pages where I have directory and here’s what it shows:

I can see from it that there’s some problem with um_build_template or something, maybe that’s the reason of this issue?

Like I said, I tried disabling all plugins and changing theme. None of those things helped. I hope Ultimate Member folks will reply sooner rather than later.

    Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the late response. We were busy trying to catch up with the support backlogs and fixing bugs.

Could you please check you’re still having issues with the latest version?

Feel free to re-open this thread if there’s any question that may come up.

    Regards,
