Member Directory Blank

There’s a javascript error in the browser console when viewing that page:

VM91:1 Uncaught Error: Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher, but lower than version 3

Please try changing your theme to a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021? Let’s see if there’s an issue with your current theme.

Have you tried deactivating all plugins except UM? Let’s see if this is a conflict issue with other plugins.

I have corrected that error, still no luck

thank you in advance for your help it is much appreciated, I have spent a ton of time on this so I do not really want to switch plugins if I do not have to.

What happens when you uncheck those 2 User roles in the “User Roles to Display” section? Does it display all the members? https://imgur.com/raOcVil

If I uncheck all options it does show all members, if I am logged in, if I am logged out its still blank, when I click on a profile it is also blank.

Also is there a way to add some of the custom fields to the members directory page?

You can add search form filters in the Member Directory settings > see “Search Options” section > see the “Enable Filters feature” option.

Could you please confirm what version of UM you’re using on your site? The latest version is 2.2.4

I need it to be visable to the public not just signed in users, I am using the updated version 2.2.4

Sorry for the late response. Could you please try disabling the cache instead of just deleting it? Let’s see if this is a cache issue.
