• Hi there,

For some reason, the membership directory seems to be corrupting the page it is showing on. The following issues are happening:

    – It only shows 1 or 3 maximum members on the page.
    – The page footer and the wordpress admin toolbar disappear.
    – The menu bar seems to operate strangely.

I have this on a test server, working fine, with the same plugins and theme. I’ve tried all the plugin and theme conflict tests and it has not resolved it. Can you help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @kevinburgess,

What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
Do you have any custom page builders e.g. Visual composer, Divi builder, etc.?
Have you checked settings on member directory in Ultimate member -> Members directories -> your directory and “Results and pagination” section?
Please also check developers console of your browser and see if you have any errors there.

    Regards.

Hi there, I have version 2.0.25 on my site. I’m using the Avada theme. All settings checked. It works on my test server, but will not load correctly in the live environment.

An error pops up saying that the page didn’t load due to a 500 error, but it’s not explaining why.
