Member directory show only members by custom tag

Dear Support,

Is it possible to only show specific members by custom tag or other taxonomy in the member directories? So far I only can show members based on their roles. For example I create an custom field “Location”. Now on the German landing page, I only want to show members from Germany. No solutions found just jet ??
