I apologize if this has already been asked, but I cannot find anything about this. I would like to be able to create a member directory that shows results based on a custom field value. Currently you can add custom fields to taglines and the search feature, but not make it a default. I don’t want people to have access to a member list that does not contain specific values. Is there a way to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

    Hi @mikegandy

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to Ultimate Member > Member Directories
    2. Click on the page from the list
    3. In General Options box, you will find Sort users by option.
    4. Select Other (custom field) from the dropdown.
    5. Enter you location meta key in Meta Key field.
    6. Click on Update.

    Thanks

Thank you, but that is only a sorting option putting all of the users in order based on the custom field. I only want to show the users that include a certain criteria, such as all of my users that have selected a meta value of X for meta key Y. Is there a way to do that?
