Member List GONE!

Hello, same issue over here. Membership > All Members is empty. Apparently the problem just started for us this week. Is this a conflict with WP 4.2.1?

I’ve checked this on the latest version of WordPress (4.2.2) and I can see members in Membership -> All Members in both premium and lite versions of the plugin https://screencast.com/t/TqxXLKFMVf.

Could you please try updating WordPress to latest and see if that helps?

I’ve found similar reports in our forum with the premium version incompatibility with WP 4.2 which was fixed by one of the updates, there was no update for the lite version so I’ll notify plugin developer on this so he can take a look ??

I’ll keep you guys updated as soon as I have any information.

I’m not an active member anymore. When I try to update to the current pro version from 3.4.6.1 I get an error — “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

Am I going to have to pay to get the most recent version and make my site usable again?!
